Terms & Conditions

  1. The G2K Membership is a cardless programme and members have to provide their identity card number for verification to enjoy all the privileges.
  2. The G2K Membership entitles members to a 10% discount on regular-priced merchandise at all G2000 stores in Singapore except sale outlets.
  3. The G2K Birthday Benefit is only limited to a single usage per G2K member per year and for purchases of up to $500 nett in a single receipt. Triple G2K points will be credited into the G2K Members' account on the following day after the purchase.
  4. The G2K Membership is non-transferable and each person is only allowed to hold one G2K Membership account at any one time.
  5. G2K Points are accumulated upon nett qualifying purchases and are non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable to another G2K Membership account.
  6. G2K Points will be rounded down to the nearest dollar.
  7. All G2K Points will be forfeited without prior notice for inactive G2K Membership accounts with no purchases for more than 12 months.
  8. G2K Members shall inform G2000 Apparel (S) Ptd Ltd in writing of any termination of the membership at any time.
  9. G2000 Apparel (S) Ptd Ltd reserves the right to expire or terminate any G2K Membership account without prior notice.
  10. G2000 Apparel (S) Ptd Ltd reserves the right to adjust or withdraw the membership programme or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  11. G2000 Apparel (S) Ptd Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute.
  12. The G2K Membership does not expire but G2K points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.

G2k E-Voucher Redemption

  1. Upon accumulation of 150 G2K Points or 350 G2K Points, members can redeem a $10 G2K e-voucher or $30 G2K e-voucher respectively, at all G2000 stores in Singapore except sale outlets/events.
  2. The G2K e-voucher is valid for 1 month in the G2K Membership system from the date of redemption.
  3. Only one G2K e-voucher is applicable in a single receipt, valid on regular-priced items and in-store promotional items only.
  4. Other terms and conditions apply for the e-voucher.
