Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our online store! We want to ensure that you have a smooth experience with returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please note that exchange and refund for online purchases cannot be done in-store. All exchanges and refunds for online purchases must be processed through our online return system.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

1. Free Returns: You can submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.
   

    Exchange/Refund Deadline: Any exchanges or refunds must be completed within 30 days from the delivery date including the item drop-off.

   • Requests submitted after 14 days or with no updates within 30 days will unfortunately be rejected or cancelled.

    

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products:

   • Gift cards
   • Sale items (items with discounted prices before a promo code is applied): These items are eligible for exchange only.
   • Products purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack: These items must be returned as a complete set to receive a refund. However, we do allow exchanges for items within the same collection or range.

   *Please note that the list of non-returnable products may vary, and additional items may be non-returnable. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to this page to determine the eligibility of an item.

3. Product Conditions:

   • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
   • The original packaging, including the unique identifier (UID) and original tags, must be intact.
   • Products should be packed and sealed in the same parcel bag/box or polymer bag.

5. Refunds: Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

6. Stock Availability and Exchanges: We cannot guarantee that the item(s) you wish to exchange will be in stock. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will offer you a refund or suggest an alternative item(s).
